Once you’re ready, you’ll jump under your own power, and our rigging systems will carry you safely into an exhilarating swing across the open canyon.

The cancellation policy for Rope Swing Moab is strictly non-refundable; all ticket sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties. Policy Highlights No Refunds: Once booked, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, and no-shows are charged the full price. Weather Exceptions: If the operator cancels the experience due to severe weather or other unforeseen safety circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or credit for a different date. Amendment Restrictions: Bookings typically cannot be changed or amended for any reason after they are confirmed.

  Bring water, snacks, sun protection (like sunscreen and a hat), weather-appropriate clothing, and a valid ID for check-in. We provide all necessary safety equipment, including harnesses, helmets, and gloves.

• What happens if I book and the weather is bad?+

  If severe weather occurs, we may need to reschedule for safety reasons. We’ll contact you in advance if this happens to arrange a new date.

• Can I get multiple swings?+

  Yes! Each booking includes one swing, but you can add up to 8 extra swings per person when you book online if you want to extend the experience.

• How do I get to the location?+

  The rope swing is about 20 minutes from Moab. You’ll receive the exact location in your booking confirmation, and you will be responsible to get to the meeting area. We will then shuttle you down a 4×4 road to the Rope Swing.

• Is the activity suitable for pregnant women or people with back issues?+

  We don’t recommend the swing for pregnant women or those with back, neck, or spine conditions. Please consult with your doctor if you have health concerns.
