Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines when and how you can cancel a booking, what refunds apply, and the process for rescheduling. If you have questions about a specific booking, contact us directly.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of $100 per person is collected at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is automatically charged to your saved payment method approximately 24 hours before your experience date.

Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel any booking free of charge within 48 hours of making the booking, provided your experience date is at least 5 days away. Cancellations within this window receive a full refund of all amounts charged.

Standard Cancellations

Outside the free cancellation window, the following policy applies:

Rescheduling

We're happy to reschedule your booking subject to availability. Contact us at least 48 hours before your experience to request a reschedule at no charge. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your experience may be treated as a cancellation.

Operator or Paradox Cancellations

In the rare event that Paradox or the operator must cancel your experience — due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, guide unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control — you will receive:

  • A full refund of all amounts charged, OR
  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost
  • Priority booking for rescheduled dates

We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find a solution that works for your trip.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
