Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking an experience through Paradox Adventure Concierge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use our services.

Our Services

Paradox Adventure Concierge acts as an adventure booking platform and concierge service. We curate and facilitate bookings for third-party operators and guides in the Moab, Utah area. We are not the operator of the experiences we list, and all experiences are delivered by independent, licensed operators.

While we vet every partner in our collection, Paradox is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any operator.

Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit ($100/person unless otherwise specified). The remaining balance is charged approximately 24 hours before your experience date. By completing a booking, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the remaining balance.

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are inclusive of any operator fees. Paradox retains a service fee, which is already reflected in the prices you see.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge within 48 hours of booking. After this window, cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which is available at paradoxmoab.com/cancellation.

Participant Conduct

All participants must follow the instructions of their guide at all times. Paradox and its operators reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants from an activity if their conduct endangers the safety of themselves or others, or if they arrive intoxicated or under the influence of substances.

You are responsible for assessing whether any activity is appropriate for your physical condition and fitness level. Always disclose relevant health conditions to your guide before your experience begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradox Adventure Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or participation in any experience.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, brand assets, and design — is owned by Paradox Adventure Concierge or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Grand County, Utah.
