Absolutely. Simply enter the total number of guests during checkout. If you're booking a large group (10+), we recommend reaching out via our Concierge form first so we can coordinate the details directly.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. We do not accept cash or checks at this time.

Changes & Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge within 48 hours of booking. Cancellations made after that window but more than 48 hours before your experience date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Yes — contact us at least 48 hours before your experience and we'll do our best to find a new date that works for you, subject to availability.
In the rare event we need to cancel (severe weather, operator unavailability), you'll receive a full refund of all charges, no questions asked. We'll contact you as soon as possible and try to offer an alternative.
Most outdoor experiences run rain or shine. Operators will contact you directly if weather poses a safety concern. In genuine weather cancellations, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

About Our Experiences

Many of our experiences are designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners. Each activity listing clearly states the difficulty level and any prerequisites. If you're unsure, contact our concierge team — we'll help you find the right fit.
Age requirements vary by activity. River rafting allows children from age 5; canyoneering and rock climbing typically require participants to be 12+. Specific requirements are listed on each activity page.
All experiences are operated by vetted, licensed local guides and outfitters. Paradox personally vets every partner — we've met the guides, run the routes, and only list what we'd book for our own families.
Gratuities are not included in the booking price. If your guide delivers an exceptional experience, a tip is always appreciated — typically 15–20% of the activity cost.

Concierge Service

Our concierge service is a free, personalized trip-planning consultation. Tell us your group size, interests, and dates, and our local team will build a custom itinerary — no booking required. We respond within a few hours.
No. Concierge planning is completely free. We earn a small commission from operators when bookings are made, which is already reflected in the prices you see.
We aim to respond to all concierge requests within a few hours during business hours (8am–6pm MT). For same-day requests, please call us directly.

Safety & Logistics

Equipment varies by activity but all water experiences include USCG-approved life jackets; climbing trips include helmets and harnesses; ATV tours include helmets and gloves. Full equipment details are listed on each activity page.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for any multi-day or high-adventure booking. While not required, it provides peace of mind in case of unexpected events. Our concierge team can suggest reputable providers.
Most experiences depart from Paradox Basecamp at 281 N Main St, Moab, UT 84532. Some experiences meet at alternative locations — always check the "Meeting Point" section on the activity page.
