Enjoy one of Moab’s most popular adventures with this half-day taste of the Colorado River. Launch just below Rocky Rapid and float through calm, scenic water toward our exclusive riverside ranch, where a hot barbecue lunch awaits. The smell of fresh barbecue and sizzling burgers drifts through the canyon as you relax in the shade and enjoy freshly grilled burgers, chicken, or veggie patties, crisp salads, giant cookies, and ice-cold lemonade.

After lunch, head back to the river for more fun as the canyon walls rise higher and the rapids return. Splash through White’s Rapid and a few lively waves along one of the West’s most cinematic byways, tracing the border of Arches National Park.

Choose a shared paddle raft or try an inflatable kayak (availability may vary by time of year and water levels). It’s a perfect blend of sunshine, scenery, and refreshing adventure in the heart of red rock country.

Free Cancellation: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled departure. Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour's start time are generally non-refundable. Weather/Minimums: If the center cancels your ride due to unsafe weather or if the minimum group size isn't met, you will receive a full refund.

• What if it rains?+

  We run trips rain or shine — you're going to get wet anyway! In the rare event of dangerous weather (lightning, flash flood warnings), we'll reschedule your trip at no charge or provide a full refund.

• Do I need experience?+

  Not at all. This trip is rated Easy and designed for beginners. Your guide will give a full safety briefing and paddling instruction before you launch.

• What ages are allowed?+

  Children ages 5 and up are welcome. Kids under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Child-sized PFDs are provided.

• Can I bring my own gear?+

  All necessary rafting gear is provided. You're welcome to bring your own USCG-approved PFD if you prefer.

• How do I get there?+

  Meet us at Paradox Basecamp at 281 N Main St in Moab. We provide a free shuttle to the river put-in. Parking is available on-site.
