Vanderhall & UTV Rental Policies According to the High Point Hummer FAQ, the following rules apply specifically to rentals: Rentals of 1 Machine: Requires at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled activity date to cancel with no penalty. Rentals of 2+ Machines: Requires at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled activity date to cancel with no penalty. Late Cancellations and No-Shows If you cancel after these deadlines, the company typically offers one of two outcomes: Gift Card: You may be offered a gift card for the full value of your booking to be used for a future date. Full Charge: You may instead incur a 100% charge of the full price. No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the full price with no exceptions. Weather Policy High Point Hummer generally operates in most weather conditions and provides ponchos for rain. If conditions become truly unsafe, they will work with you to reschedule your reservation.
