Cancellation Policy

Outlaw Adventures offers a 72 hour cancellation policy. We understand things do come up and plans change. If you need to cancel before 72 hours, just follow the link in your confirmation email or give us a call. If you are within the 72 hour window please give us a call to re-book or to receive a gift card for the balance of your trip minus the booking fee. Re-booking a trip will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to the same cancellation policy.

• What should we bring on our tour?+

  Closed-toe shoes attached to your feet are required for all riders. Recommended items include a hat, sunglasses, jacket, camera, and layers to accommodate temperature fluctuations throughout the day.

• How many people fit in one vehicle?+

  Ride-along Jeeps accommodate up to 3 adults per Jeep. One specially modified Jeep can hold up to 5 passengers, but 2 of those must be children.

• What time do I need to arrive?+

  Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Your confirmation email includes waiver links so you can complete them in advance.

• Do you have parking?+

  We are located at 78 W 100 N in Moab, UT with plenty of public parking in front of our building.
